Planning

Our experience is based on planning, design and project management of hundreds of full-scale industrial kitchens, pubs and bars. This covers the official approval process at local government as well. Having this level of expertise we are able to plan and design any catering facility from small kitchens, night clubs and fine dining restaurants to the industrial kitchens of communal feeding with tens of thousands of servings per day.

Our services include the following activities:

• creating preliminary blueprints;
• composing special plans and technical specification neccessary for official (local government) approval. This includes obtaining the written position of the authorities as well;
• 3D layout design plans;
• Task plans for builder, electrician, ventilation and structural engineers who work as our subcontractors;
• Full-scale interior design, if needed.
